The joint project of the leading architects Dogan Tekeli and Sami Sis became part of the architectural competition in 1972 and is the most iconic building of its time. This building forms the basis of this Residence in Istanbul today, which is located at the end of Valikonagi Street.

The project was designed by Tanya Ozelgin as a modern interpretation of the design spirit of the 1970s. Without changing the basic character of the structure, a new design has been created to serve as a natural extension of the existing building to meet contemporary needs.
